Modem FW 1.3.6 Error 0x10

Hey,

seen again a modem fault, from a device in field, no further debug information available.

• nRF9160
• Modem FW: 1.3.6
• Modem Fault Type: 0x10
• Modem Fault PC: 0x9900E
• System Mode LTE-M + NB-IoT + GNSS
  • Connection was via LTE-M
• Modem is turned on/off every 5 mins.

Hi Dejan,

before and after the fault the device was connected to PLMN 26201 / "Telekom.de" / Germany. Registered with national roaming.

How many devices are affected by this problem? Are all affected devices connected to the same network?

Could you provide modem trace?

Currently there is just 1 device "affected" (at least we know about), since the "modem fault reporting" is not rolled out to all devices yet. Furthermore in the default case our devices connect to another plmn.

Modem trace unfortunately cannot be provided, because it's a device in the field, so we have no physical access to it.

Thank you for providing additional information. 

Could you specify your default plmn? What is the reason that this device is connected to another plmn? Are your other devices connected to default plmn? Did the error appear after plmn change?
