Processor starts up late when I save data to nrf52832 internal memory

I am saving data to the internal memory of the nrf52832 processor. When the data size increases, the processor starts to slow down. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Can you please specify what you are seeing? Something slows down/starts up late, but I am not sure what. And how do you save your data to flash? And what SDK version are you using?

For example, when I save data between 0x50000 and 0x60000, when I power the processor, the input and output pins work with a delay of 10-15 seconds. there is only a delay at startup.

I am using the soc_flash_nrf sample. I save my data in 64byte arrays.

I use nrf connect SDK v2.3.0

Is it possible for me to reproduce what you are seeing on a DK? If so, can you please .zip and upload your application (or a strip down application that can reproduce what you are seeing)?
