Can't add lte SIM on nrf cloud

After clicking on ACTIVATE SIM and having correctly filled in the SIM IICD and PUNK I am receiving the following message:
Request failed with status code 503

What does this code 503 mean?
I tried to register with another SIM card and I get the same error

Now it's working, I think the server was down.
