Please let me know if I need to change any configuration, this UART prompt is not shown I'm using SDK V2.5.0

Please try to use the latest NCS version v2.6.1 or this image zigbee_weather_station_v261.zip (see Updating through USB).
Are you able to see it now in Device Manager Should be similar to this:
What terminal tool are you using? Have you tried different serial terminals? e.g. PuTTy, Termite, etc.
What is the HW version of the Thingy53 (check the white sticker) on the board? (It may be covered under the NFC tag)

I flashed zigbee_weather_station_v261.zip and the programmer cannot identify the device as Zigbee Weather station also the serial terminal and device manager.
I used serial terminal also teraterm and got the same result.
Are you able to see it now in Device Manager? Should be similar to this:
