DFU failed after 1st image on SD+BL+APP, and need reboot iphone to dfu application only

update SD+BL+APP from sdk12.2.0 to sdk14.2.0 , hang at trying to reconnect after loading the 1st image out of 2 on NRF52832. need reboot iphone and DFU application only to dfu.

    Hi I am having more or less the same issue. But my app is able to reconnect after loading the first image but it is stuck on:

    Application: DFU Control Point notifications enabled

    Application: Writing Read object information command...
