ras_initiator/   The ras_initiator sample from
                 nrf/samples/bluetooth/channel_sounding/ras_initiator (NCS v3.4.0)
                 with three changes to src/main.c, shown in
                 ras_initiator-complete-no-abort.patch:
                   1. no sys_reboot() on disconnect, so the idle current can be
                      measured afterwards;
                   2. max_procedure_count = 20 instead of 0, so the run ends by
                      itself and every procedure completes (nothing is aborted);
                   3. once no estimate has arrived for 5 s, disconnect and idle.
                 Every other file is unchanged from the SDK.

ras_reflector/   The ras_reflector sample, unmodified.

prebuilt/ The exact images we measured:
                   ras_initiator_nrf54l15dk.hex the patched initiator, nRF54L15 DK
                   ras_reflector_nrf54l15dk.hex     stock reflector, nRF54L15 DK

Building
--------
From the NCS v3.4.0 workspace:

    west build -p always -b nrf54l15dk/nrf54l15/cpuapp ras_initiator
    west build -p always -b nrf54l15dk/nrf54l15/cpuapp ras_reflector

Both rebuild byte-identical to the prebuilt DK hex files.

Reproducing
-----------
1. Reflector: flash ras_reflector and power it.x
2. Initiator DK: flash ras_initiator. Set VDD to 3.0 V in Board
   Configurator (the DK default is 1.8 V, at which it does not occur).
3. PPK2 in Ampere Meter mode across P6, DK powered from USB.
4. Start recording, then power the DK on by plugging in USB (not the RESET
   button: a pin reset does not clear the state). It connects, runs 20 CS
   procedures, waits 5 s, disconnects and idles.
5. Watch the floor between procedures and after the disconnect. When it
   occurs, it rises by about 0.8-0.9 mA at the first CS procedure and stays
   up after the disconnect until the next power-on. At 3.0 V this happened
   in 5 of 5 power-ons. Repeat at VDD 1.8 V as the control: 0 of 5.
