The issue appears resolved on 2.4.0

I would assume that since other network stacks such as mesh/zigbee/ant all use MPSL and if those are working and my app doesn't there must be something different about my usage of MPSL that is causing a conflict.

In the meantime while I track down the issue and refactor, would there be any issue utilizing this older MPSL/SoftDevice with the newer baseline.

When testing I still maintain all existing functionality of bluetooth and of my custom MPSL app. There are no obvious errors happening but I would like to confirm.

I tested that version of nrfxlib and the issue is still present.

Hello Anthony,

I am Helmut Lord, the new FAE for the Southeast.

I found this very recent PR to update MPSL/SoftDevice. Just changes the commit hash that is pulled for nrfxlib but could address your issue:

https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrf/pull/11275

After merging that change you will have to run "west update" again.
