&lt;p&gt;Since the antennas are different on the okay and not okay designs are different that would be the most likely is the reason these doesn&amp;#39;t work correctly, but can you confirm whether your design use both the HF and LF crystals? If you&amp;#39;d like we can do a HW review of your design(s) . If you don&amp;#39;t want to upload it here in a public ticket you can create a private one instead and upload schematic/PCB layout signs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;b&gt;Experiment 4:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;With 10 boards of other product&amp;nbsp;to test same application code,only modified led gpio definition&amp;nbsp;,&lt;strong&gt;&lt;b&gt;they all &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;b&gt;run normally.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;We don&amp;#39;t understand the true cause of the problem, both the external crystal oscillator and DCDC are normal.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Is there any difference between boards A and B/C? I assume these are all custom boards based on the same design and run the exact same application code, correct? The reason for custom boards to have issues in release mode and not debug mode is often that either the external crystals aren&amp;#39;t mounted or loaded properly, or if the DCDC converter components aren&amp;#39;t mounted correctly on the devices.&lt;/p&gt;
