 I made 10 boards this time. 9 of them work normally... 
 
 he other one stops at the initial ldr as shown in the capture below.

&lt;p&gt;Glad you found the cause, if you did. FYI, when the application stops at 0xA60, like it did in your screenshot, it means that it has stopped in the hardfault handler. If you want to dig deeper into what happened, you can add the hardfault handler to your application, and look at what instruction that led to the hardfault. It is difficult to say what it is without debugging. Perhaps some bad connection caused a &amp;quot;divide by zero&amp;quot;? It can also be caused by some bad pointers, if you try to access protected flash, or restricted peripherals (restricted by the Bluetooth stack, for example).&lt;/p&gt;
