I can see that every time the CS signal is released from the Atmel the nrf52 seems to reset. I have a printf in the top of the main function. The APP_ERROR_CHECK was a good hint. I didn&amp;#39;t think about that. Without the DEBUG define it will actually reset the chip every time. It works correctly now.
