Hello

Zephyr has this ADC sample. It builds for nRF5340 if you add a nrf5340dk_nrf5340_cpuapp_ns.overlay file similar to the nRF52840 overlay that is already in the boards folder.

There is also the Battery Voltage Measurement sample specific for nRF platforms that also uses ADC.

Did you encounter issues with the regular ADC sample? I used it for configuring and tracking 8 channels smoothly(on nRF5340).
