&lt;p&gt;Zephyr has &lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/zephyr/samples/drivers/adc/README.html"&gt;this ADC sample&lt;/a&gt;. It builds for nRF5340 if you add a &lt;code&gt;nrf5340dk_nrf5340_cpuapp_ns.overlay&lt;/code&gt; file similar to the nRF52840 overlay that is already in the &lt;code&gt;boards&lt;/code&gt; folder.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There is also the &lt;a href="https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/2.3.0/zephyr/samples/boards/nrf/battery/README.html"&gt;Battery Voltage Measurement sample specific for nRF platforms&lt;/a&gt; that also uses ADC.&lt;/p&gt;
