Here's a link to the source code for the old nRFUtil https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-nrfutil. Do note that this version of the tool is deprecated, but it might help you anyway. Regarding the new nRFUtil, the source code for that is not public, and I am not sure if there are any plans to make it public. If you wish to know more regarding that I would recommend you to reach out to your regional sales manager

I want to integrate the connectivity firmware in my project which is used for nrfutil, but I can't find the source code of that. If possible, could you send me a link to the connectivity firmware, so that I can integrate the same into my Segger project

We would like to have some more context regarding what you're attempting to do so we can see if we find a solution for your project.

Could you explain some more about what your goal is, i.e what should your application do?

Have you looked into nRFutil as an option?
