Can you measure the voltage on the pin with a multimeter? It should not be high and have zero voltage. Also "When you measured the signal, was it connected to anything or did you measure directly on the pin? "

No we don't use any pull up /pull down on that pin

Is any pullup/pulldown used on the pin? It sounds strange to me that you have a high pin without any voltage across it

Without zephyr driver not use with nrf sdk ?

I mean zephyr driver is mandatory for this

Yes you are right

I am checking clock signal in picoscope software and i receive constant high signal and also check voltage across pin but not getting voltage

Hi,

If I understand you, the problem you face now is that you have no clock signal on the SCL pin, only a constant high signal?

Can you post your configuration/code and kconfig? When you measured the signal, was it connected to anything or did you measure directly on the pin`?

I have facing one issue i just connect Dc pin and sda pin and clock to DSO for checking pulses my Dc pin and sda pin goes high and lob but Clock pin not chang it state it continue goes in high mode so can you help me to solve this problem and i am using DC pin as a normal gpio and i am disable ss pin and miso pin NRF_DRV_SPI_PIN_NOT_USED

Hi,

nRF SDK is not recommend for new design, please see our statement regarding NCS and nRF sdk nRF Connect SDK and nRF5 SDK statement

"When to use the nRF5 SDK?

For nRF51 Series (Use nRF5 SDK v12.3.0 for nRF51 Series).
Your nRF52-based device is already based on the nRF5 SDK and you do not plan to support any Bluetooth LE features beyond version 5.

Is the nRF5 SDK deprecated?

No. The nRF5 SDK is not deprecated and it will be maintained for the foreseeable future, however, nRF5 SDK will not support new features beyond Bluetooth LE 5.

When to use the nRF Connect SDK?

For all new designs.
For the nRF91 Series and nRF53 Series devices.
For nRF52 Series devices that require Bluetooth LE features beyond version 5."

One of your colleagues also have a post regarding the same display here where I linked to the zephyr driver for the ST7789 display. We don't have any official drivers for the display, but this tread from a few years back might help you Controlling ST7789 LCD with NRF52 DK
