Hi Noa,

As I had mentioned earlier, these are the pins of the nRF7002 and they are connected to normal GPIO pins of the nRF5340 and hence you can connect them to any available GPIO pin of the nRF52840.

And what about the coexistence interface? The coexistence document mentions several more specific digital signals, which seem to be automatically generated by BT840’s hardware or link layer. Which pins in BT840 can drive those signals? The coexistence document mentions only pins of nRF5340 as driving chip, and not BT840 and the nRF7002-DK board lists the specific pins of nRF5340 which support coexistence.

Hi Noa,

Specific pins are required only for the QSPI. If you are using SPI then, any GPIO pin should be fine.

Hi Noa,

Since the nRF7002 is a companion IC, it can be added to any design. So you can add it to any existing design, and you only have to add coexistence and the necessary pins for controlling the device. Since the BT840 already has an antenna onboard, it would be recommended to use just one antenna. Please also take a look at the coexistence.

Thanks for the documentation. I looked at these link.
My question is how can I communicate between nRF7002 and BT840(https://www.fanstel.com/bt840)

I saw in Nordic's website that they have a support for the communication with this chips.
I would like to design and programming links between nRF7002 and BT (when the BT is controlling nRF7002).
How should I do it? how connect them together? how the "shared antenna"/"separate" will work?
