&lt;p&gt;In the new revision, the VTG had been renamed to SWD_SEL.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You just need to&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span dir="ltr"&gt;pull SWD_SEL to VDD, this enables debug/programming out on P20.&amp;nbsp;Also the usual SWD_IO and SWD_CLK connections need to be done along with a direct GND connection between both the boards.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
