Hi Gary,

It's true that we do not have official support for Windows 11, but it should not be a problem as many of us use the Windows 11. I guess that something awkward maybe happened during installation.

I installed the desktop and then the Profiler on a different machine which runs Windows 10 Pro and that works fine. I must have missed that Win 11 isn't supported. Is there plans for Win 11 support?

Hi Priyanka, I installed the Command Line tools and even the SDK although not sure why I need the SDK to run Power Profiler. It still does the same thing. I installed Tool Chain Manager and it does the same thing.

Hi Garry,

You need to install the nRF Command Line Tools. Please take a look at the getting started guide for installation of the nRF Connect for Desktop and make sure you have followed all the steps.

Hi Priyanka,

The Desktop version is 4.1.1 and the Power Profiler is 3.5.5. These are the only two programs I installed so have no command line tools installed.

Could you tell me your nRF Connect fro Desktop version? Also, what version of nRF Command Line Tools do you have installed?
