I solved my problem.
But I have another problem. My Zephyr project works correctly with the rtt terminal open, there are errors in the motor rotation when the rtt terminal is closed. What is the reason of this?

From the nRF Toolbox application, I am sending the word "stop" to stop the motor. Below is the code I wrote to stop it. However, the motor is not stopping.

The motor stops as soon as I send any data from the nRF Toolbox using the following code.
