&lt;p&gt;Can you recheck and confirm that you are building for the correct board (Dongle)?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And also that you are selecting the correct hex file in programmer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yes, it should not be 0x00 as it is programmed through built-in bootloader.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Also make sure that the Dongle&amp;nbsp;is in bootloader mode.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
