This is not a question about Matter, but rather what is supported by the different ecosystems, as this depends on the communication between the phone and the hub, not the Matter network. I have tested this to work with devices connected to a Google Nest Hub and using the Google Home app. Apple Home and Samsung SmartThings should also support this as long as you have the devices connected to their respective hubs and are using their apps.

You can only use the Google Home app with the Google Nest Hub. If you want to use Samsung SmartThings then you need a SmartThings Hub.

Device Remotely means Supposed right now I am in the Office, and I want to access Matter Device Like AC which is at home than in that scenario how can I access it.

And If I want to access only hub in my eco-system and can I access Multiple applications using single hub.

One clear example for that is Can I use SmartThings and home app in Google Hub.

Can you clarify what you mean by using the device remotely? Multi-admin features are for adding a device to two different Matter networks, for example, if you have a Google Home Matter network and an Apple Home Matter network in your home you can add the same device to both Matter networks, as is shown in the image below:

What do you mean by SmartThings Application in this case? Samsung SmartThings and Google Home are ecosystems. If you are talking about a Matter device, then you can have the same Matter device in a Samsung SmartThings Matter network and Google Home Matter network at the same time using multi-admin.

Hi,

If you want to access the Matter device from another network, then you need to add the Matter device to that network using multi-admin.

You can use any commercial ecosystem that supports Matter, for example Apple Home, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings and Amazon Alexa. However, the hub needs to support Matter.

Right now I created that Eco-System that using the Chip-Tool I can Access the Matter Device.

And Right now the hole eco-system works on one Network Right.

Now Supposed I want to access that Matter Device remotly OR I would say If I am joined with different network at that time can I access that Matter Device?

If yes than can you share some information related to it.

and one more question is that It is neccessary to use Apple Hub if I want to use different hub Can I use It?

Hi,

For the device to join a second fabric, the administrator from the first fabric (in this case your phone) need to open the commissioning window for a new administrator from the other fabric. There is a "Multi-admin cluster" option in the Android CHIP Tool which I suspect does this, but I have not tested it. Did you use this when trying to add the device to the second fabric?

If you have an Apple HomePod Mini you can use Apple Home. See Matter: Testing the nRF Connect platform with Apple, Google and Samsung ecosystems for more information.

Right now, we are using NRF Connect SDK v2.2.0 and I hope you also recommended same version as well.

Can You tell me one clear answer I want that If I want to use Chip-Tool in my Android Mobile and at the same time my friend also wants to use chip-Tool in their Android phone as well so can we use both the Chip-Tool at the same time?

Also one more question is that If I want access Matter End-Devices using IOS device than which are the steps I have to follow? In nordic web-site, they are only provide the information for Matter over Wi-fi using Android Chip-Tool But I want to access using IOS device.

Hi,

Support for Android CHIP Tool was removed in nRF Connect SDK v2.3.0 and is not recommended. The recommended tools to use are CHIP Tool for Linux or macOS or mobile applications from publicly available Matter Ecosystems.
