I'm at a loss. Can this be caused by a Keil bug? Have you tried upgrading to the latest version, 5.17? This is just a shot in the dark...

See captures 4 and 5. I have:

nRF_Device Family.Pack.1.1.4
nRF_Drivers.1.1.0 nRF_Drivers.1.2.1 How come my Keil installation still complains about missing sw packs and will not compile?

There may be a Keil issue that I am not aware of. In Capture.PNG it seems you should install the Device Family Pack version 1.1.4, but in Capture2.PNG the installer tries to install Device Family Pack version 1.1.0, which is no longer available (you can see the available versions of the DeviceFamilyPack here). Can you try to manually install version 1.1.4 of the Device Family Pack and use that?

Please look at the two screenshots I attached. I did try to install the required pack version but keep getting "object not found" error

You can select the version of each pack separately for each project, as long as the version is installed. Not all pack versions are available online, and for the DeviceFamilyPack you could use version 1.1.4 in place of 1.1.0.

If the DeviceFamilyPack version you need is installed using Pack Installer you can select the correct version for your project by going to Project -> Manage -> Select Software Packs... You will have to click the "+" to the left of the relevant pack in order to expand the list and show all versions. Then you will have to select fixed from the drop down in order to be allowed to select a specific pack version. Then click OK, and you should be good to go.
