Hi, and sorry for the delay.

We have entered the summer vacation period, so it was more difficult than usula to find someone who could answer your questions.

Here are the answers that I got:

percentages means the time how big portion there’s TX and RX over radio frame (from DUT perspective).
in LTE there’s other traffic also than just TX and RX data, whatever sync signals etc.. so 33% of frame goes to those.
power level can be selected whatever, TX/RX ratio & modulation combo (& many other variable signaling parameters I know nothing) has predefined options per 3GPP std.
it’s std in that sense, that QPSK and 33/33 goes hand in hand and BPSK and 80/10 goes hand in hand by std. They are not independent from each other.
