How can I do that. 
 Also I think my v2.4.0 SDK is somehow damaged; Is there a way ro &amp;quot;refresh&amp;quot; it. Or to just reinstall it?

Are you using the Toolchain Manager and the VS Code extension?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When using the VS Code extension and you have nRF Connect SDK v2.3.0 installed on you computer, you can change environment through the Welcome Page.&lt;/p&gt;
