I will just refer to our product page for the 7002DK

The nRF7002 DK is the development kit for the nRF7002, and nRF7001 Wi-Fi 6 Companion ICs. It contains everything needed to get started developing on a single board. The DK features an nRF5340 multiprotocol System-on-Chip (SoC) as a host processor for the nRF7002.

With Wi-Fi 6 we will support all wireless protocols used in Matter, Bluetooth LE for commissioning, Thread for low power mesh, and Wi-Fi for high-throughput. Matter is a protocol championed by Apple, Amazon, Google, Nordic Semiconductor, Samsung, and hundreds of other companies in consumer IoT.

So to be little clear on the Devkit side, nRF7002DK is the combination of nRF7002 SoC and nRF5340 SoC, that makes it idle to build MoW applications.

nRF52840DK and SoC is idle for MoT.

If you've provision to use nRF7002 SoC with nRF52840DK, I hope MoW is possible.

I want also make one more solution using NRF52840 board and NRF7002 board and wants to work Matter Over wifi on that so can I work on that as well?

Varshil - Ofcourse you can use nRF7002 for you Matter over WiFi application development.
