Hi there,

I have some good and bad news, the good news is that I'm able to replicate the same error on my end, the bad news is that this is not an official example from our side and we can't therefore provide extensive support for it. It seems that the example was never ported properly to SDK v9.0.0, I'm not sure which SDK version it was originally built for even though the documentation states v9. I'm sorry but I think you need to search the forum and try to threads that have similar issues,

Errors like this is usually a result of either the source file not being properly included or that the correct CONFIG in the sdk_config.h file not being set correctly. If the example was working it should already be doing it this straight out of the box,

nRF5SDK v9.0.0 is a very old and outdated SDK, I suggest that you update to a newer version if you expect to be supported in the future,

This example was made for SDK v9, try with that one,

could you also specify what IDE you're using? Are you using Keil µvision?
