Do BLE configuration options have to be on the child image?

Do BLE configuration options have to be on the child image?https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/101466/do-ble-configuration-options-have-to-be-on-the-child-imageI'm using the rpmsg sample child image for my cpuapp controller for my peripheral. Can I set all the usual configuration options, like SW LL split, ACL RX/TX length, 2M phy, etc from this prj.conf or does it have to be configured on the child image?
