I am using nrf52840 ks. I want to make the Nordic boards sleep (in a low power mode, but everything is lost) and awake (initialize again) by pins controlled by another boards.
How can I do it?

Thank you for contacting DevZone at NordicSemi.

I want you to start by looking at this sample: NRF System Off

The sample demonstrates the deep sleep and waking up functionality for nordic boards using zephyr power management api.

On nRF52 platforms, the sample also supports data retention (RAM retention) through kconfig option.

Regards,
