Thank you.

The data communication is okay between the TX device with RX device at the RF 500Kbps BLE mode now.

As a 2.4G proprietary protocol, Is it possible to reduce some extra fields at the 500Kbps ble mode?

(The time slot is about 832us from the ready event to the end at the PAYLOAD is 25 bytes, I have try to reduce the radio ADDRESS , CI etc, there are fail)

Are you asking why there is some extra fields used in the header when using 1M?

thank your support!

I had verified that the radio_test of SDK V17.1.0 can work. I will to check our source code about rf setting.

As our application that it is a 2.4G proprietary protocol. setting the 500Kbps ble mode or 125kbps ble mode that it is only improve the high sensitivity.

Why the additional field of BLE is necessary too at a 2.4G proprietary protocol?

About the nRF52832 chip. the SDK V17.1.0 have 250kbps. can it be used for our products?

But It's deprecated at ther nRF52832_PS_V1.4.pdf.

I used SDK v17.1.0, PCA10100 (nRF52833) as RX and PCA10056 (nRF52840) as TX
The modulation changes,
It's mostly the same, there is some extra fields used in the header when using 1M but I don't think it's related to your issue,

I think you need to explain exactly the steps that you do to reproduce the this problem so that I can try to replicate it with my development kits,

One board is working in the TX. another board for RX

Pls help me to check these issues.

1, which version SDK, which project on your test?

2, what are differences about setting between 1M ble mode with the BLE 500kbps?

3, Are the RF packet configuration the same in both mode?

4, Can the 500k or 125k Ble mode be used as a proprietary protocol?

5, Can the device address be disable at the 500k or 125k ble mode?

Which revision of the nRF52833 are you using?

I guess that you're using two boards, one for RX and another for TX? Is the nRF52833 in RX?

I tried setting up the test with a nRF52833 (PCA10100) and a nRF52840 (PCA10056) board. I set the nRF52840 in modulated TX carrier mode in 500 kbit/s and the PCA10100 in 500 kbit/s and in RX mode, and I was able to receive data fine:
