In that case, you have three alternatives:

Use Segger Embedded Studio instead
Add Central functionality to a BLE Peripheral sample of your choice
Manually create a nRF52840 version of the Central & Peripheral sample

IAR 8 but the screenshot which you put only for PCA10040 which does not support nrf52840.

Which version of the IAR do you use?

I can see IAR samples in the nRF5 SDK 17.1.0:

Thankyou Sigurd Hellesvik , I already checked those samples but the issue is IAR code is not for nrf52840.

In that case, I suggest that you have a look on how to central & peripheral from our BLE Central & Peripheral samples.
If you need these to have extra functionality, see how our BLE Peripheral samples implement said functionality and add that to one of the BLE Central & Peripheral samples.

Thanks for your reply, but this is only for ble_peripheral, I want an example in which 52840dk can work as central and peripheral and send and receive data from the app.

The UART/Serial Port Emulation over BLE sample is often used to showcase communication between a phone and a DK.
From its description:

"The Nordic UART Service (NUS) Application is an example that emulates a serial port over BLE. In the example, Nordic Semiconductor's development board serves as a peer to the phone application "nRF UART", which is available for iOS from App Store and for Android from Google Play."

But that sample like "ble_app_interactive" is not for nrf52480 for IAR. Can you tell one example for bidirectional communication between nrf52840 and nrf connect app, So that I can understand the flow?

If you are starting a new project, we recommend the nRF Connect SDK.

But for the nRF5 SDK:

I assume you want to communicate using Bluetooth Low Energy.
In that case, I suggest that you look at our BLE Peripheral samples

Do you use the nRF5 SDK or the NRF Connect SDK.
