I'm trying to commission the Nano leaf Bulb A60 using chip-tool in my Linux machine and OTBR in docker which is also in my Linux machine.

I'm running docker using following commands

and my docker is installed using following

RE: Regarding Commissioning a Nano leaf Matter bulb A60 over Thread

Ok will do that, but can you say me what is otbr0 interface and why OTBR is always choosing backbone interface as eth0 even though my Linux PC is using Wi-Fi interface(wlp3s0) ?

RE: Regarding Commissioning a Nano leaf Matter bulb A60 over Thread

I encourage to go through this page about testing:
https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/protocols/matter/getting_started/testing/thread_one_otbr.html

You need to do following action to have operational Thread Network created by Border router (after running docker):

Open the http://localhost:8080/ address in a web browser and choose Form from the menu.

You can try, before running the border router docker, run following commands to enable RA/ROI on created otbr interface:

sudo sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.otbr0.accept_ra_rt_info_max_plen=128
sudo sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.otbr0.accept_ra=2
