Ok will do that, but can you say me what is otbr0 interface and why OTBR is always choosing backbone interface as eth0 even though my Linux PC is using Wi-Fi interface(wlp3s0) ?

I encourage to go through this page about testing:

You need to do following action to have operational Thread Network created by Border router (after running docker):

Open the http://localhost:8080/ address in a web browser and choose Form from the menu.

You can try, before running the border router docker, run following commands to enable RA/ROI on created otbr interface:

sudo sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.otbr0.accept_ra_rt_info_max_plen=128
sudo sysctl -w net.ipv6.conf.otbr0.accept_ra=2

Yeah I think the problem is my OTBR is not getting the correct Wi-Fi interface of my linux, So could you explain me how exactly things work with OTBR, docker and host Wi-Fi interface ?
