Unfortunately for some reason, it does not seem to work. I've now replied to you there. I'd also be happy if you could accept an answer for this question, since the original question here seems to be fully answered. :)

RE: Does nRF24A2 chipset support Asynchronous Transmission?

Ok, I posted my questions with details of my setup and observations in a new post "Working with RF51422 development kit"

RE: Does nRF24A2 chipset support Asynchronous Transmission?

Did you follow the exact steps in section 3.2 of the User Guide? Do you see the LED activity as described? How does your ANT-Ware window look? However, I suggest that you post this as a separate question, since the one posted here has really been answered.

The ant_broadcast_tx is most likely the simplest project to start from, no matter what you need to implement.

RE: Does nRF24A2 chipset support Asynchronous Transmission?

Thanks, I received the development kit today and was able to run the simple blinking LED demo. Unfortunately, I could not any of the ANT based projects to work i.e. the receiving ANT radio does not receive anything. Is there anything extra that needs to be done.. I am looking at ant_broadcast_tx.

Moreover, I am specifically looking for sample project/code which I can modify to implement asynchronous transmission Which project from the examples would you suggest? Or what is the simple code base which implements tx operation?

RE: Does nRF24A2 chipset support Asynchronous Transmission?

The Development Kit itself is sufficient, but the Starter Kit makes everything easier. Take a look at this:
https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/index.php/what-s-the-difference-between-nrf51822-evaluation-and-development-kits
and this:
https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/index.php/using-the-nrf51822-development-kit
The arguments are the same for the nRF51422.

The User Guide is available once you sign in to your account, you don't need a product key for it. This direct link will work if you are signed in: https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/content/download/16148/259622/file/nRF51422_Developer_Kit_User_Guide%20v1.1.pdf

I ordered the Development Kit. Do I also need the starter kit to program and debug the SoC or is the development kit self sufficient?

I am unable to access the development kit user guide, it says "access denied". I understand that the SDK is locked with product code but the user guide should be open to public. How can I access the user guide?

Thanks,

This feature is only supported by the nRF51422/S210 as far as I can see.
