Hi,

It seems to your device can't communicate with tester due to wrong UART configuration.

The prebuilt firmware is only working for Nordic's Development kits such as nRF52-DK, nRF52840-DK, and so on.

If you have a different UART pin assigned device, you have to change the pin number in the firmware.

You may need to contact your customer for changing the UART Pin configuration.

Please verify and tell us what is the problem and how to make it run

1. Run Programmer

2. Select hex file (pca10040e.hex)

3. erase & write

4. read

5. dtm

6. error

Hi Serena,

Rx blocking test is possible using the DTM. You could build it yourself using the example in installfolder\examples\dtm\direct_test_mode. It is supported for the nrf52810 as well.

I would like to obtain the DTM file of N52810 under the condition that RX Blocking test is possible.
What kind of hex file can I put in?
