So whenever the bootloader can not verify the image it will throw&nbsp;NRF_DFU_RES_CODE_INVALID_OBJECT&nbsp;. So it doesn&#39;t necessary it was wrong bootloader version.&nbsp;<br />Please make sure you use the correct combo private&amp;publey keys.</span></p> <p><span><br />We don&#39;t have a command to read the bootloader version.&nbsp;The bootloader from SDK v12 should be compatible with the&nbsp;bootloader from newer SDK.&nbsp;<br /></span></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
