I have found the issue. It was a mistake during provisioning. Token was not registered.

Hi Wupeng,

I doubt it but I am unfamiliar with the token vending process as we get the tokens in the XLS format for our Nordic MFi plan from the Apple team.

I would recommend that you can ask the Apple team to check if failing tokens are considered by their server correctly.

We have checked the Token and UUID of the accessory，which are the same as those applied for from the Apple server，

then we package the Token and UUID with the tools provided by nordic and rewrite it to the accessory, but the pairing still

failed.

Is there any possibility that the Token applied for from the Apple server itself is incorrect？

Hi Wupeng,

According to logs, the iOS device does not accept the "Send pairing data" accessory response and disconnects the link with the accessory. It looks like the provisioned MFi Authentication Token may be incorrect/invalid.

Could you double-check?

1) Which version of NCS are you using?

2) Do you use nRF52832 for your find my product?

3) About the failure rate, how many samples have you tested in total by far?
