Since it is a low cost product the idea is to use the nRF51422 internal DCDC to provide a regulated voltage to a low power amplifier.

&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately it is not possible to power any external hardware from the nRF51 device. The regulators are only designed to provide power to the nRF51 chip itself, and will fail if you draw power from them externally.&lt;/p&gt;
