This should not be necessary. If you use python script buildprog.py you should be able to successfully program both cores simultaneously.

Dear,

I tried "nfrjprog --recover", after that, the board is reset. (RGB LED solid red disappeared)
Then I use VS code to flash again, the RGB LED solid red comes again. (Same error).

After then, I tried to program net core manually using following command:

nrfjprog --program ble5-ctr-rpmsg_3330.hex -f NRF53 --verify --sectorerase --snr 1050120444

The board RGB LED becomes blue.

Do I need to program net core HEX manually every time?

Hi,

It seems that the problem is related to unsuccessful programming of the net core. Recovering the board from buildprog.py script is not supported. You could try using "nrfjprog --recover" to recover the board.
