I am using nRF21540-DK but the output power is low.

ncs: v2.4.0
project: peripheral_uart

Change app.overlay to only use io control nrf21540.

Change prj.conf to output power 20dbm.

By default the output power is configured for 0dBm. This means that the FEM driver will automatically configure the output power of the SoC to achieve the configured output power, even with the gain of the nRF21540. To configure the desired output power you must use CONFIG_BT_CTLR_TX_PWR_ANTENNA.

CONFIG_MPSL_FEM_NRF21540_TX_GAIN_DB only configures the TX gain setting of the nRF21540, and not the final output power.

Best regards,
