Unfortunately the team behind toolchain manager is on vacation and didn't have time to add v2.4.1 to the download overview, so instead you must download 2.4.0 and update to v2.4.1 manually like this:

Edit: Make sure to open command line from the command prompt like this:

There is apparently a bug in the v2.2.0 code. This is what a coworker says: We are currently using 2.2.0 which was released on Dec 7, 2022, and since then there are some changes to the DNS code
I think we could use 2.4.0, but since 2.4.1 is coming up, we prefer to wait until that one is available so we do not need to upgrade again soon

It's not available in nRF Connect for Desktop > Toolchain Manager, so what does "tagged" mean? Is it considered experimental? Some co-workers are working on something related to DNS and wanted me to check on v2.4.1

Release V2.4.1 was tagged last week! Here is the link:

Is there a specific feature you're seeking/issue you are trying to resolve by updating to v2.4.1?
