Yes it is.

Firstly, I don't change the code. Just to see the AT command replies. Not for checking other function that might have different hardware connection. I can understand that.

NCS 1.7.0 is working fine. Then Suddenly 2.4.0 not working, no replies.

Are you using SparkFun Thing Plus - nRF9160 - WRL-17354 - SparkFun Electronics?

If it is true, NCS does not have official support for it, you need to check with its manufacturer for help.
