Both Sigurd and the Nordic's sales representative for Italy are on vacation.

For your request, I would suggest to contact the distributors in Italy. They usually handle these requests as they do have connection with design house /consulting companies:

Several weeks have gone by and I still have no reply from Nordic. Besides posting on the forum I I've filled at least two contact forms but there has been no answer. Could you please help?

Here in Norway we are in summer vacation times, so it is likely that people are out of office.

I think it is a chance that people will be back next week.
If you do not hear anything by end of Monday, ping me again, and I will check how the status is then.

Hi Sigurd, as per your suggestion I contacted the Sales Team the same day you replied (7 days ago) and have not received any contact since then but a bot email saying an engineer has been assigned to my ticket.

Could you please check if the assigned engineer is on vacations or too busy 😂 to answer?
