We have used multiple USB cables (known to work on other nrf devices) and multiple usb ports on the PC.

Also all configuration options are as expected on board.

The jlink nRF5340 flash being corrupted is the least likely source of problems like this. The most common issue is the USB cable or the port on the PC. Have you thoroughly checked that these don't have issues.

Second most common is the board configuration being set up incorrect. Safe way to check is to use the default settings at shipping and verify that this works out OK.

If you can't reach the debugger on the board then you can't upgrade it either as that happens through the same USB interface as programming the target.

Hi Priyanka, the interface MCU is indeed a nrf5340, sorry for the typo. The question is still the same though. Can you please provide the interface MCU firmware and provide steps on how we can reflash it, as it appears to be dead.

Hi,

Please check the debugger chip on the DK. It should be the nRF5340 SoC there for the interface MCU, as you have the rev 2.0.0 of the nRF5340DK.
