The throughput depends on the possible number of packets per connection event and the connection interval. So if you use a faster connection interval you will get a higher throughput. As you can see on S130 v2.0.0-4alpha we have made some changes so you can configure the throughput capabilities, however not all modes are implemented for the alpha release. Depending on which android version you are using I presume this is faster than the current implementation of the S130.
