I notice that there's a new set of include files along with the SD. Do I need to drop those into the project? And did you ever verify that this will give me 3 packets per interval?

S120 supports only one packet per connection event on average. S130 v2.0.0-4.alpha supports BLE_CONN_BW_MID (I'm guessing this means 3 packets per interval, but I have to check when I'm back in office tomorrow). You can find the softdevices on the nRF52832 download section.

In the S130 v2.0.0-4alpha SoftDevice, how many packets can be transferred per connection event? Can you post a link to download the alpha SD?

You can find the throughput capabilities for the S130 here. The throughput depends on the possible number of packets per connection event and the connection interval. So if you use a faster connection interval you will get a higher throughput. As you can see on S130 v2.0.0-4alpha we have made some changes so you can configure the throughput capabilities, however not all modes are implemented for the alpha release. Depending on which android version you are using I presume this is faster than the current implementation of the S130. In the central role the S130 v1.0 can receive 1 notification per connection event as gatt client.

One possible difference that I can think of is that the tutorial uses a secure link. I'm not sure what MCP does.
