The issue seems to be evanished (even without my patch) after disabling CONFIG_PM_DEVICE_RUNTIME.

When CONFIG_PM_DEVICE_RUNTIME is enabled, the Zephyr's NRF QSPI NOR driver seems to be over-interacting with the QSPI peripheral's registers, by enabling/disabling the peripheral (already affected by ERRATA 215).
