just testing out a custom PCB with nrf9160 on it.
Have developed much on the nrf9160 dev kit and just about to port to our custom PCB.
Created a custom board and just tried to build the "hello world" sample but I'm getting lots of "error: static

RE: static assertion failed error with custom PCB

Think I've solved the issue. Apparently building for TFM (Trusted firmware) is not enabled by default when creating a custom board!

Managed to find a great post that explained this and how to add the configs to my custom board's defconfig file.

Why are they not carried over by default, or at least a warning given rather than vague "static assertion errors"?!!

I seem to waste so much time searching for answers to these issues when creating a custom board. Surely it should be documented officially somewhere (please prover me wrong if it is) It has taken 3 hours of my busy working day to solve this, when it should be simple!

Thanks to Raoul for this post...
