Make sure to build both with the correct revision.

After further testing I realised that the error has nothing to do with the flash_pin but with the revision 1.1.0 build.
Building hci_lpuart with any revision applied results in the error:

ASSERTION FAIL [err == 0] @ WEST_TOPDIR/zephyr/subsys/bluetooth/host/hci_core.c:330 command opcode 0x0c03 timeout with err -11

on the 9160 side
