I don't know of an issue that would cause this but please let us know if it happens again.

I did not experience the same issue today, but it would be nice to know the root cause of this. It caused quite a delay in a release I was doing.

Today all the jobs I attempted to create suddenly showed up. Now I have to go through them all to delete the duplicates.

So job creation seems to be delayed by quite a bit, for some reason.
