Thank you so much for the response! one more thing to ask. Should I have to implement uart_event by using Event Manager(EVENT_TYPE_DEFINE & DECLARE for UART) or can I use the uart interrupt as

Hello, sorry for the late reply.

Our developers inform me that you can call SEND_EVENT(app, APP_EVT_DATA_GET_ALL); in main.c when you want to send data, it should trigger a cloud update.
