Looks like this is it, there isn't really anything that can be done on the device side about it.

If a static IP is needed, then this is something that has to be taken up with the network operator.

one more question: is this feature(ip port changing) the same in LTE-M?

Hello William,

I think that the operator may be using a Carrier-grade NAT.

Probably best to contact them and see if that is the case and ask them if you could get a public IP for the device if needed.
