This ticket can be close, my problem is solved

Solution : During debugging i have added serial log, i just remove that log and all command start working

Do you mean you don't get 'OK' from that command specifically, or you don't receive anything from the modem at all?

Thanks for linking that other case. Could you provide me the same information they did? That is, the following:

1) nRF9160-DK version (Should be printed on the white sticker on the DK)

2) What nRF Connect SDK version you are using

3) Modem firmware version

Did you try removing debug options, as they did?

Hii, I successfully compiled Serial LTE modem. but i can not get response 'OK' of 'AT' command

Note : This also not worked for me

Serial LTE Modem sample not reponding to any AT commands from LTE link monitor

Yes, Serial LTE Modem is perfect for my application. i tried to compile it for nRF9160 Feather circuit dojo module, but it is not compiled.

If I've understood you correctly, I think the Serial LTE Modem application should be the perfect sample/starting point for you: https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/applications/serial_lte_modem/doc/slm_description.html#slm-description

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by an AT command related to "internet service". Edit - sorry, I understand what you mean now. The commands you are interested in can probably be found among these SLM-specific commands:
