&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately not, see this case: &amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/92946/adc-using-spi-in-nrf52833"&gt;ADC using SPI in NRF52833&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The answer hasn&amp;#39;t changed since then, as far as I know.&lt;/p&gt;
