the J-Link BASE programmer has arrived (I got it directly from Segger), everything seems to work correctly, I can program the board with nRF Connect from Desktop Programmer and from VSCode

I would recommend that you obtain a segger device from a listed distributor:

A J-Link Base will work just fine for Cortex M33 based devices.

i suspect my SEGGER J-Link programmer is a clone and does not work properly, what J-Link programmer can i use, Is J-Link BASE ok?
